| Before there is any more confusion, this is set up that you would make money out of Java Applet coding and that Boon Global would be setting you up with jobs. Boon Global will negotiate depending on what we have agreed according to your reliability of quality, supply of java applets on time and history with the organisation and your apparent skills which we are afraid are more evident than web page coding but you get better paid. | ||
| The usual payment of wages is an hourly rate of work which will be estimated in comparison to your report and you will be paid in the method agreed. These are usually designed to order for HTML format and you will be estimated with a few examples before you are given jobs. YOU CANNOT STEAL CODE, you have to design it yourself. WE WILL KNOW. | ||

A final note is that certain code can now automatically be done in certain applications (i.e. FrontPage, Dream Weaver and Bullfrog) so we will not be overly impressed unless we see obvious skill with your grasp of the coding and/or application, but more your own coding |

Chat rooms is to be set up for groups of coders that will be administrated by a Boon global representatives. Representatives will be personally selected by Boon Global management. |

The Chat rooms will be there for groups working together on a web page request so they can communicate and common features can be implemented from the beginning. More will be explained on sign up and as this facility receives feedback and faults are found. |
